Privacy

The short version: you can do the whole quiz and see your full result without telling us anything. If you choose to give us your email, here's what happens to it.

Who we are

These quizzes are run by Kixx Ltd (company number 07555236), registered office Unit 1, Ashton Farm, 4 High Street, Braithwell, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, S66 7AL. Kixx Ltd is the data controller. This page covers the quiz; our main privacy policy covers everything else and has our contact details if you've got a question about your data.

What we collect

• Your answers and result. Stored without your name, so we can see which questions land and how common each result is.
• Your email (and first name, or phone number, if you give them) — only if you fill in the form under your result.
• Where you came from — which ad or link brought you here (for example "utm_campaign=autumn"). Not who you are.
• A scrambled version of your IP address, used only to stop people spamming the quiz. We never store the real one.

Why

• To show you your result (we need your answers for that).
• If you ticked the box: to send you the odd funny football email. If you didn't tick it, we won't send you marketing emails.
• Some of the last questions help us spot people who might like to run a Kixx academy one day. We may get in touch about that if you gave us your details.

Where it goes

If you give us your email, it's stored here and in our contact system, GoHighLevel, which is where our emails come from. We never sell your details. Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok) only ever receive a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your email, and only if you accepted cookies.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months. After that, quiz answers without an email are made anonymous and emails are deleted from the quiz system. Our contact system keeps its own copy until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
